Scoliosis Treatment for Persistent Pain in Smyrna

Scoliosis care is meant for people who notice persistent pain, posture changes, reduced movement, or signs that their condition is changing. The visit focuses on the person, not only the curve seen on an image.

Our team reviews the health history and current symptoms. We also consider how the musculoskeletal and neurological systems may be involved. This matters when scoliosis symptoms follow a car accident, workplace incident, slip and fall, or another personal injury event.

The main decision is whether chiropractic treatment, medical evaluation, or coordinated care fits the findings. Breathing difficulty or major movement limits call for careful medical attention, and this service isn't a substitute for urgent hospital care.

  • Bring a list of current symptoms and any known changes in posture or movement.
  • Share medical records and details about any accident or workplace injury.
  • Ask which findings support chiropractic care and which need medical evaluation.
  • Discuss how progress will be reviewed during the care plan.

What You Get From Scoliosis Care

Assessment before treatment choices

A plan starts with symptoms, health history, and physical findings. We don't treat a suspected curve as the whole problem.

Coordinated injury documentation

When an accident or workplace event is involved, our team can document the injury and prepare detailed reports.

Plain answers about care options

You receive clear explanations of chiropractic treatment and medical evaluation, so you can understand the next step.

A clear limit for this service

Severe breathing difficulty, sudden weakness, or a medical emergency needs urgent medical care, not a routine chiropractic visit.

Process

How We Plan Scoliosis Care

1

Complete the new patient intake

We collect your symptoms, health history, injury details, and current concerns.

2

Review movement and clinical findings

We assess posture and movement, then consider X-rays if they are clinically indicated.

3

Explain the report of findings

We describe the findings and explain which treatment options fit your needs.

4

Build an individualized care plan

We set out chiropractic treatment, medical evaluation, or coordinated care based on the assessment.

5

Review progress during care

We use a progress re-examination to discuss changes in symptoms and the next care decision.

What This Care Helps You Decide

A thorough injury evaluation can separate scoliosis concerns from symptoms caused by an accident.

Clear treatment explanations help you understand why a chiropractic or medical step is being considered.

An individualized plan keeps care tied to your symptoms, movement, and health history.

Documented findings can support communication about a workplace or personal injury.

Progress re-examination helps the care team review how your needs have changed.

This is the most friendliest and efficient doctor’s office I ever visited. The lady at the front desk !!!! AMAZING. Great customer service. The doctor asks perfect questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with my treatment plan. Highly recommended for all patients. Even if you’re just learning to walk again! The equipment and service provided is well worth the visit.

My fiancé & I was in an accident on 4/16/2024 and since we started treatment at the clinic the staff has been very helpful. They’re very professional, polite& efficient. Dr. Roberts always make sure that she ask us if we’re ok before and after treatment. She also makes sure that we clearly understand the process and answers any question’s or concerns that we may have. I would recommend her to anyone that needs proper treatment after an injury.

Questions About Scoliosis Care

What should I bring before my first scoliosis consultation?

Your symptom history, medical records, and accident details give the care team useful starting information.

Bring any prior imaging or reports you have, along with a list of current medicines. Note when pain or movement changes began. These details help our team discuss diagnostic needs and explain whether chiropractic treatment, medical evaluation, or coordinated care fits the visit.

Which findings can change the care plan for Scoliosis Treatment?

Progressive curvature, breathing difficulty, neurological symptoms, and movement limits can change the care plan.

The assessment also considers whether symptoms followed a car accident, workplace incident, or fall. Our team may discuss medical evaluation when symptoms suggest a concern beyond routine musculoskeletal care. Individual response differs, so the plan follows the findings rather than a fixed approach.

How does the first visit address persistent back symptoms?

The first visit reviews symptoms, health history, posture, movement, and possible injury connections.

Our team explains the report of findings in plain language. X-rays are considered when clinically indicated. The visit does not promise a particular outcome, but it gives you a clearer basis for deciding whether chiropractic treatment, medical evaluation, or both should follow.

Why might scoliosis care include medical evaluation?

Medical evaluation helps assess symptoms that chiropractic treatment alone may not explain.

This matters when pain follows an accident or when breathing difficulty, neurological symptoms, or major movement limits appear. We coordinate the discussion around your history and findings. The goal is to match the care plan to the full clinical picture, not one symptom.

What changes the price of a scoliosis consultation?

The evaluation needed, diagnostic review, injury history, and planned services influence the cost.

A consultation can clarify which steps apply to your situation before care begins. Advanced Injury Care Clinic offers free initial consultations for discussing symptoms, diagnostic needs, and treatment options. We don't state a service price without reviewing what your care requires.
