Vertigo Treatment for Hermitage Injury-Related Dizziness

Vertigo treatment is for people who feel spinning, unsteady, or lightheaded after a car accident, workplace incident, slip and fall, or other injury. The main decision is whether symptoms fit coordinated chiropractic and medical care or need another medical pathway first.

In Hermitage, patients can discuss symptoms with our care team through a free initial consultation. We review the injury history, current symptoms, and possible effects on the musculoskeletal and neurological systems before discussing care.

Our approach focuses on the cause of the symptom pattern, not only the sensation itself. Results vary, so the care plan must match the patient's findings and needs.

  • Describe when dizziness starts and whether movement changes it.
  • Bring details about the accident, workplace incident, or fall.
  • Share current medical history and symptoms with the care team.
  • Ask whether medical evaluation, chiropractic care, or both fit the findings.

Dr. Roberts always make sure that she ask us if we’re ok before and after treatment. She also makes sure that we clearly understand the process and answers any question’s or concerns that we may have. I would recommend her to anyone that needs proper treatment after an injury.

Questions About Vertigo Care After an Injury

What causes vertigo symptoms after an accident for Vertigo Treatment?

Head movement can trigger vertigo when inner ear changes or vestibular dysfunction disturb balance signals. Neck injury, whiplash, and other accident-related conditions may also affect how the body senses position. Advanced Injury Care Clinic reviews the injury history and symptoms before discussing care. Sudden or severe symptoms need medical attention before chiropractic treatment.

Can chiropractic care help with dizziness and balance problems?

Chiropractic care may help when musculoskeletal injury contributes to dizziness or balance concerns. Our team first reviews the medical history and exam findings. Care may include coordinated medical evaluation when symptoms involve more than the neck or spine. Individual response differs, so the plan follows the patient's findings.

What happens during the first consultation for Vertigo Treatment?

The first consultation gives you time to discuss symptoms, injury details, diagnostic needs, and treatment options. The care team reviews your health history and current concerns. You can also ask how medical evaluation and chiropractic treatment may fit together. The consultation is free, and no treatment choice is made without explaining the options.

When is dizziness the wrong fit for chiropractic care?

Dizziness is the wrong fit for chiropractic care when symptoms suggest an urgent medical condition or need a different evaluation first. Severe, sudden, or changing symptoms need prompt medical attention. Our team reviews the history and exam before care begins. That step helps identify when another medical pathway should take priority.

How does a workplace injury affect the care process?

A workplace injury adds a need for clear records about what happened and when symptoms began. Our team can help document the injury and prepare detailed reports. Bring the incident details, medical history, and current symptoms to the consultation. The care plan still follows the clinical findings and your individual needs.

Which records should I bring to a vertigo consultation?

Medical records, accident details, current medicines, and symptom notes can help the care team understand your condition. Include information about neck pain, headaches, balance changes, and movement triggers. Our team will review the available history and discuss any further diagnostic needs. You can still attend if some records aren't available.
