Functional Medicine Consultation for Nashville Health Goals

A functional medicine consultation helps patients decide what information belongs in the next stage of care. It suits people with ongoing symptoms, accident-related concerns, or health goals that need a wider review.

The appointment does not replace urgent medical care or every diagnostic service. Our team uses the consultation to understand your concerns, review relevant health history, and explain practical care options.

Patients in Nashville can discuss the service through our two locations. The key decision is whether you need a broader health review, focused chiropractic treatment, or coordinated medical evaluation.

  • Bring a clear account of when symptoms began and how they change.
  • Share relevant health history and current concerns during the intake.
  • Explain your wellness goals so the care discussion stays focused.
  • Ask which findings need medical evaluation, chiropractic care, or further review.

Why Patients Choose This Consultation

Personalized review before treatment choices

The consultation starts with your history and concerns, then connects those details to possible care options. It's the wrong service when you need immediate emergency treatment.

Our medical professionals and chiropractors explain findings and treatment choices in everyday language, so you can make an informed decision.

Coordinated injury documentation

For workplace-related injuries, our team can help document the injury and prepare detailed reports alongside the broader health review.

A situation this service fits

A patient in Nashville may seek a broader review after neck or back pain continues following a car accident. We first discuss the injury history, daily symptoms, and personal goals, then explain whether coordinated chiropractic treatment, medical evaluation, or another next step fits the concern.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and laid back. Not much of a wait. The doctor walks you through every step and tells you what he’s going to do and has answers any questions I’ve had to the best of his knowledge. Normally I am afraid to go to doctors and be in offices but this place has been a different experience. I would recommend anyone to come here. The front desk ladies are helpful and friendly

Questions About Functional Medicine Care

Before work begins, what happens during a functional medicine consultation for a residential or commercial job?

Lifestyle review starts the appointment, followed by health history and symptom pattern discussion.

  1. You complete a new patient intake.
  2. You discuss daily habits, symptoms, and wellness goals.
  3. The care team explains treatment options and next steps.

The discussion may also address accident-related concerns that need coordinated medical and chiropractic care.

Which records should I bring to the appointment for Functional Medicine Consultation?

Health records that explain your symptoms help our team understand the consultation. Bring relevant medical history, accident details, workplace injury documents, and current treatment information when available. A short list of symptoms can also help you describe when concerns began and how they change. Our team will explain which information matters for the next care decision.

How does this differ from a chiropractic visit?

A functional medicine consultation reviews broader health patterns, while a chiropractic visit focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractic care may address concerns such as whiplash, neck pain, or back pain. The broader consultation also considers lifestyle, health history, and wellness goals. Our team can explain which type of care fits the concern discussed.

Why might symptoms keep returning after an accident?

Recurring symptoms can relate to injury patterns, daily activity, or concerns that need further medical review. A consultation looks at when symptoms return and how they affect your routine. It doesn't promise a specific outcome, because individual response differs. The care team uses the discussion to explain suitable evaluation and treatment options.

What changes the next step after the consultation?

The next step depends on your health history, symptom pattern, wellness goal, and evaluation needs. A focused musculoskeletal concern may lead to chiropractic treatment, while a broader concern may need medical evaluation. Accident-related cases may also require detailed documentation. Your care team explains the options before an individualized plan is set.
